Pro Care and Business Care clients have priority response within 24 and 8 business hours respectively. We will immediately investigate and resolve the root cause of the downtime.
Are backups stored safely?
Backups are stored in cloud storage separate from your main hosting. If there's an issue with the server, backups are safe and can be restored quickly.
Can I cancel the service at any time?
Yes. Our maintenance service is month-to-month with no lock-in contract. Simply notify us one month before the cancellation date.
What counts as a "content update"?
